The following privacy policy is intended to inform users of the way in which Coki.me, operated by XABID, utilizes and collects the personal data of users, as well as choices users have around disclosure of said data. Data is used only to optimize Coki.me services.
By continuing to use Coki.me services, users agree to the utilization of collected user data as outlined in the following Privacy Policy. Definitions of terms used in this policy are in accordance with the Coki.me Terms and Conditions document.
Definitions
Service: the service is Coki.me, operated by XABID.
Personal Data: identifying data of a living user of the service, as well as informations that are in our possession or likely to be in our possession through users use of the service
Cookies: pieces of data stored on the device (including but not limited to phones, tablets, and computers) used to access Coki.me M ore details about cookies available HERE
Data Controller: For this privacy policy, the data controller is XABID, previously mentioned operator of Coki.me. The data controller is the natural or legal persons who, alone or in a joint/common other persons, decides the purpose and method in which personal data and information is to be possessed.
Data Processors: also known as a Service Provider. The data processor is the natural or legal persons who processes data for the data controller. XABID may utilize several Services providers in the aim of optimal data processing.
Data Subject/User: any living individual utilizing Coki.me and who is the subject of personal data
Information Collections and Uses:
XABID collects several types of information for various purposes in order to improve and continue providing the Coki.me service to users.
Types of Data Collected:
Personal Data: to use the Coki.me service, users may be asked to provide personally identifiable informations that may be used to contact or identify you, i.e personal data. This information includes, but is not limited to First and last names Email Address Social media usernames and URLs Credit card type, name, expirations
Personal data may be used to contact users with newsletters, promotional materials, and other information deemed of possible interest to the user. Users may opt out of receiving any or all communications from Coki.me by following “unsubscribe” links, prompts in Coki.me provided emails, or be directly emailing at Coki.me.app@gmail.com
Usage Data:
XABID may also collect information on how Coki.me is accessed and used, i.e usage data. Usage data may include user’s computer IP address, browser version and type, pages visited on Coki.me, time spent on these pages, time and date of visit, and unique device identifiers/diagnostic data.
User IP addresses are never stored in XABID databases. IP addresses are used solely to obtain general and anonymous data about user profiles such as approximate locations (cities, countries, etc)
Location Data:
XABID may use and store data on user location if previous permission has been granted. Location data is used to provide Coki.me features and to customize the Coki.me service. XABID may also store and collect information about visitors of Coki.me profiles. This is also anonymous and done in a way that does not prioritize nor focus on “who” is visiting, but “how” they are visiting.
Tracking Cookies Data: Cookies and similar tracking technology is used to track the activity on Coki.me and to store certain information. Cookies are small files with small bits of data that may include anonymous unique identifiers. Cookies are sent to the user's browser from a website and stored on the user’s device. Tracking technologies include tags and scripts used to track and collect information in the aim of analysis and optimization of the Coki.me service. Users can order their browser to refuse all cookies and to indicate where said cookie is being sent. However, if Coki.me cookies are refused, some portions of the Coki.me service may be disabled.

If users are from the European Economic Area (EEA), XABID legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it. XABID may process your personal data because:
It is necessary to perform a contract with the user
The user have given XABID permission to do so
The processing is in XABID’s legitimate interests and it's not overridden by user rights

Retention of Data:
XABID will retain user personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes outlined in this privacy policy. Personal data will be retained to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations (some applicable laws require retention of user data), to resolve disputes, and to enforce legal agreements and policies. XABID will also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is retained, typically, for a shorter amount of time than personal data, unless the data is being used to improve security of functionality of the Coki.me site, or if XABID is legally obligated to retain the data for longer periods.

If the user is located outside of Europe and choose to provide data to XABID.

Business Transaction: If XABID is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user personal data may be transferred. XABID will produce notice with user personal data is transferred and become subject to a different privacy policy than this one.
Disclosure for Law Enforcement:
Under certain circumstances, XABID may be required to disclose user personal data if required to so do by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

User data security is important to XABID, however it is important to note that no method of internet transmission or method of electron storage is 100% secure. XABID strives to use commercially acceptable means of protection for user personal data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users who are residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) have certain data protection rights. XABID takes reasonable steps to allow these users to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of personal data.
If users wish to be informed what personal data is being held for them, or if they wish to be removed from XABID systems, submit a request.

The right to object.: users have the right to object to XABID’s processing of their Personal Data. The right of restriction: users have the right to request that XABID restricts the processing of their personal information. The right to data portability users have the right to be provided with a copy of the information stored on them in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format. The right to withdraw consent: users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time where XABID required consent to process personal information.

Service Providers
XABID may emply third party companies and individalds to facilitate Coki.me, to provide the service on XABID’s behalf, to perform service-related services, or to assist XABID in analysis of service usage. Third parties have access to user personal data solely to perform these tasks on behalf of XABID and are obligated not to disclose or use user data for any other purpose.
Analytics
XABID may use third party service providers to monitor and analyse the use of Coki.me.
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of Coki.me. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. Users can opt-out of having their activity on Coki.me available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity. Log Processing
XABID analyzes all traffic through our infrastructure in a centralized, third party location.
Google AdWords Google AdWords remarketing service is provided by Google Inc. Payments
XABID may provide paid products and/or services within Coki.me. Third-party services are used for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). XABID will not store or collect user payment card details. User payment card details are provided directly to the third-party payment processors whose use of user personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Coki.me may contain links to other sites that are not operated by XABID. If users click on a third party link, they will be directed to that third party's site. XABID highly advise users to review the Privacy Policy of every site they visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Coki.me profiles
Coki.me profiles are populated by the user’s who built the profile. Any links, images, websites, or text are not operated by Coki.me and Coki.me is not liable for anything users or visitors may click on.
Children's Privacy
Coki.me does not address anyone or knowingly market to anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). XABID does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and your child has provided XABID with information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from children without verification of parental consent, steps will be taken to remove that data.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
XABID may update our Privacy Policy. Users will be notified of any changes through the positing of the new Privacy Policy on this page. Users will be notified via email and/or notice on Coki.me before changes are effective and. XABID will update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. Users are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
